Availability requests

Submitting the website form does not create a contract or charge you. Paint Concierge confirms location, room eligibility, scope, scheduling, and final package terms before sending an invoice.

Package scope

The advertised $949 package is for one qualifying room and includes the items described on the website. Work outside that scope requires a separate written quote.

Payment and scheduling

Unless an approved written exception applies, full payment is due after the project is confirmed and before the appointment is reserved. Dates remain subject to consultant and painter availability.

Changes and cancellations

A cancellation receives a full refund except for paint that has already been tinted; the customer pays for and keeps that paint. Rescheduling depends on availability. Any repaint discount or exception must be confirmed in writing.
